For piece of mind, the majority of orders are sent out with Royal Mail tracked services. Tracking numbers will be supplied via email as soon as parcels are packaged ready to be sent out. Larger orders may be delivered by Parcelforce, UPS or DPD.
Most products will be dispatched within 2 working days. On some occasions there may be a slight delay but this should rarely be more than 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging where possible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Original shipping costs will be refunded at the basic shipping rate of £2.99 or £0 if the returned order is over £75. Any extra shipping costs from choosing a faster shipping method will not be refunded.
