For piece of mind, all items are sent by courier or Special/recorded delivery with Royal Mail.
Most products will be dispatched within 3 working days. On some occasions there may be a slight delay but this should never be more than 7 days from the date of purchase. 
Tracking details will be forwarded via email upon dispatch in the majority of cases.

Returns:

We accept refunds if returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging where possible.

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
All refunds will be processed in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If Lego pieces are missing from a set it is sometimes easier and quicker for all concerned to source replacement parts direct from Lego. If this situation occurs please use the Contact Us page and we will ensure the problem is rectified swiftly.
