Frequently asked questions

Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and responses.

1. When I can expect delivery of my order?

We despatch products every day (Monday - Friday) and use couriers for the majority of orders. Most orders will be despatched the day after purchase and tracking information will be provided. Delivery will normally be within 3 working days of despatch. On rare occasions it may take longer to process your order, although it should never take longer than 3 working days.

2. Are all items that are listed for sale in stock?

We use an automatically updated inventory system to ensure our stock levels are accurate. When products are out of stock there will be no way of adding the product to your basket or completing the purchase.

3. What condition will the Lego boxes be in when they arrive?

All of the products we sell are brand new in sealed boxes. The boxes will be free from dents, scuffs, tears, rips, holes or creases. We do not guarantee that boxes are in mint condition as required by some collectors. In the case of mint condition sets being required, it is advised to contact us to check the box condition in advance. 

4. What are products in the 'Outlet' category?

The outlet category is used when Lego sets are no longer in perfect cosmetic condition. The Lego sets for sale in this category will be complete and in sealed bags, with instructions and still boxed. The box will be damaged and the seals may be broken, but the set will be complete.

5. What is the returns policy?

We accept returns for a period of 14 days from delivery of the order. Returned products must be returned in the same condition they arrived. The Lego boxes must not be opened or the seals broken. The buyer is responsible postage costs unless the order has been sent out incorrectly.
